As a therapist at R-Uth, you will work directly with clients, delivering therapeutic interventions that foster resilience, personal growth, and independence. About the Position

In this role, therapists will provide individual, family, and group therapy. At R-Uth, we believe in empowering our team members through a culture that values learning, support, and recognition.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver therapeutic services, including individual and group sessions, focused on supporting youth, young adults, individuals, and families with mental health and substance use challenges.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to design and implement effective treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Active status as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Must be fully licensed in the state of Texas
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and a passion for working with youth, young adults, and families, and other individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to manage a caseload with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
• Flexibility to work in various settings, including telehealth and in-person as needed
