We are a growing private practice in the heart of Austin, TX. Our practice was created with the mission of harvesting a culture where our clients feel seen, heard, and receive the highest quality of care and destigmatize mental health services socially and culturally.

• Needing a candidate that is able to work Thrusdays evening and fridays (with a caseload of 12 to 15 clients a week). Virtual clients also available but mostly in person. Quick caseload fullfillment.

Our practice is seeking for one LPC-Associate to join our highly organized team. We offer a 1099 contract. The ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and trustworthy. Have a passion or a desire to work with adults that are BIPOC, veterans, sexual trauma/DV clients, LGTBQ, probation/pre-trial court mandated clients and immigrants. Possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and a team player. Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE PLUS but not a must

WHAT WE OFFER:

We handle ALL the BILLING and insurance CREDENTIALING (once fully licensed). You never have to worry about insurance billing / claims and spending your time calling insurances companies. Our amazing administration are responsible for all claims and collects from clients as well, when necessary. We accept many major insurance programs. Our therapists do not worry about declined credit cards, insurance processing for payments or recoupments from insurance. We have constant referral sources and able to fill caseloads. Therefore, you always know what your pay will be and when it will be. GUARANTEED biweekly pay to help maintain work life balance.

We do ALL the MARKETING for the group and each individual therapist. Our marketing is geared to provide you with the clientele you want. All our therapists maintain full caseloads. We offer case consultations with our other therapists in the group.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $38.50 - $68.75 per hour
