Licensed Social Worker (LMSW / LCSW) – Telehealth & Community-Based

Harmony Social Services is a trauma-informed practice built by a social worker, for social workers.

We focus on removing the barriers that prevent clinicians from doing meaningful work. Our approach is real-world and flexible—we meet clients where they are, both emotionally and physically, and provide support through therapy, crisis stabilization, and systems-based interventions.

We work with individuals, families, and veterans navigating complex challenges and prioritize care that actually fits into clients’ lives—not just a treatment plan on paper.

As we grow, our goal is simple: create a space where social workers can use the full scope of their license without burnout, excessive bureaucracy, or unrealistic expectations.

We are hiring Licensed Social Workers (LMSW or LCSW) to provide telehealth, in-person, and optional community-based support depending on interest.

This role is ideal for social workers who want flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to focus on client care while still being part of a supportive, growing practice.

• LMSW: $45/hour
• LCSW: $65/hour

Flexible caseload – build a schedule that works for you.

• Provide individual and family therapy (primarily telehealth)
• Conduct assessments and support treatment planning
• Provide trauma-informed care and crisis support when needed
• Support clients in navigating real-life barriers (family dynamics, stressors, access to care)
• Collaborate with other providers when appropriate
• Maintain clear and timely documentation

• Active Texas license (LMSW or LCSW)
• Strong interest in trauma-informed and real-world clinical work
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms
