We are actively seeking a bachelor's level professional to work as a Support Counselor in our established inpatient facility. This position does not require a license in WV and is open to anyone who has earned a bachelor's degree in the human services field of study (i.e. psychology, criminal justice, nursing, sociology, social work, counseling/ therapy, teacher education and behavioral health.)

Responsibilities:

As a Support Counselor, you will provide compassionate and whole-person oriented supportive counseling and case management services. The Case Manager will work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans that foster the successful development of habits consistent with a sober lifestyle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services (psychology, criminal justice, nursing, sociology, social work, counseling/ therapy, teacher education and behavioral health).
• Prior experience in mental health or addiction treatment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work-Life Balance:

Here at Clean & Clear, our goal is to provide a professional working environment that promotes a high level of work-life balance. As a therapist you will typically work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We currently observe 6 National holidays as paid days off for our full-time staff (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.) Full-time staff receive 56 hours of paid time off after 90 days of continuous employment and begin accruing vacation time (up to 40 hours 1st year and up to 80 hours each year after.)
