Clinical Supervisor - LMFT, LCSW

Join our mental health team as a Clinical Supervisor specializing in Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW). In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, mentor therapists, and deliver high-quality mental health services to diverse communities, including those impacted by GLP-1 therapies. Duties

- Supervise and mentor clinicians in individual, group, and family therapy, including CBT and psychodynamic therapy.

- Oversee assessments and treatment planning for diverse populations, including children with developmental disabilities and behavioral health conditions.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and medical documentation standards.

- Conduct case reviews and guide crisis intervention strategies.

- Facilitate training on crisis management and working with individuals with disabilities.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate community care services.

- Collect data for clinical research and maintain accurate medical records.

Experience

- Licensed LMFT or LCSW with current state licensure.

- Experience in psychotherapy techniques and crisis management.

- Proven track record working with children, adolescents, and individuals with disabilities.

- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical documentation standards.

- Prior supervisory experience in clinical settings is desirable.

- Strong skills in patient assessment and case management.
