HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality in-home ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Your Role as a BT / RBT

In this role, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through structured teaching and positive reinforcement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA

• Support skill acquisition in communication, social, and adaptive behavior

• Collect accurate and consistent session data

• Communicate progress updates with your clinical team

• Complete timely and detailed session notes

• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families

• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)

• Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability

• Ability to work independently in home-based settings

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Active RBT certification preferred, but not required (training provided for BTs)

• Willingness to grow within the ABA field

Schedule

• Part-time and full-time positions available

• Afternoon and after-school hours (Monday–Friday)

• Optional weekend availability based on client needs

• Approximately 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability

Compensation

$21–$26 per hour
