Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time CSAC to join our team for in-person morning sessions. Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments, patient evaluations, and diagnostic evaluations to determine individual needs and treatment plans
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavioral therapy techniques
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure patient safety and manage urgent situations effectively
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, treatment planning, and progress documentation
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and document patient interactions using appropriate medical terminology and coding (ICD-10, CPT)
- Engage in research activities related to behavioral health, PTSD care, addiction counseling, or mental health counseling as needed
- Regularly coordinate and communicate with referral resources, family, and other entities important in the lives of patients in order to gather collateral information and coordinate treatment.
Skills
- Proven experience in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, or mental health services with a focus on adults 18+
- Strong knowledge of crisis management, crisis intervention techniques, and behavior management strategies
- Expertise in motivational interviewing, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavioral health interventions
- Ability to assess patient needs through diagnostic evaluation and conduct intake sessions effectively
- Skilled in group therapy facilitation and case management within diverse populations
- Submit monthly and quarterly quality improvement reports to supervisor.
- Responsible for all client-related documentation and reports as well as the development and implementation of treatment goals and objectives.
Preferred
- Outpatient substance use treatment experience.
- Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
