Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - hiring for multiple areas

CURRENT RBT REQUIRED TO APPLY.

Tristrand Therapy Services is looking for a Full-Time, Registered Behavior Technician to service clients in-home in Garland, Grand Prairie, Keene, Lewisville, Dallas, Rockwall. Please indicate your preferred location when applying.

• $18 - $24 per hour, depending on knowledge, experience, performance, and qualifications.

IN-HOME RBT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement 1:1 individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy with clients in home.
• Apply treatment protocols that include domains such as communication, social, behavior reduction and adaptive living skills.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software.
• Implement consultation/supervision recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• CURRENT REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) REQUIRED
• High School Diploma required, college degree in any field preferred
• Commitment to maintain the certification as an RBT (when received)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Candidate must have a clean driving record, driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Commitment to track supervision hours and annually renew the RBT certification as mandated by the BACB to maintain the certification (once received)
