Job SummaryThis position is for the 2026-2027 school year 1.0 FTE Temporary position.Requirements / QualificationsUnder the direction of the Director of Professional Development, the Peer Support Specialist will provide strategic instructional leadership and peer-to-peer support of district mentors and teachers through coaching, training, field supervision, and the cultivation of an Outward Mindset. To develop and support opportunities for continuous improvement of NVUSD staff and participate in developing systems of support.
