WHAT WE ARE OFFERING

COMPENSATION

• $90,000–$115,000 per year based on experience
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Travel time paid from client to client or to/from center for any travel over 45 minutes
• Mileage reimbursement for all travel between clients and center, and for any mileage over 15 miles

SCHEDULE AND WORK FLEXIBILITY

• Caseload capped at approximately 5 to maximum 7 clients, so you can deliver quality care without burnout
• Hybrid work model: in-person supervision and direct client work when required; administrative tasks, report writing, and treatment planning can be completed remotely on your own schedule
• Remote supervision via in-center cameras available under qualifying circumstances
• Full-time (30–40 hours/week) or part-time options available

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and oversee individualized ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on evaluation findings produced by our psychologist team
• Supervise and support BCaBAs and RBTs
• Provide caregiver and staff training
• Collaborate with our psychologists, schools, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain documentation and contribute to quality assurance
• Occasionally provide direct clinical care as needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Completed 8-hour BACB supervision training
• Both newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical, outcomes-focused, client-centered care
• Must be able to reliably commute to our Hollywood, FL office and serve clients primarily in Broward County (please note: we are not able to accommodate commutes from distant areas such as southern Miami-Dade due to client locations and mileage logistics)
• Bilingual Spanish/English a strong plus (not required)
