What You’ll Do

• Own BCBA case leadership: assessment, treatment planning, caregiver collaboration, and data-driven decision-making within a highly skilled RBT team
• Coach and upskill RBTs through structured training, fidelity checks, and on-the-job modeling (supported by our Home Base training hub).
• Track and act on quality metrics (supervision frequency/quality, fidelity, authorization utilization, and more).

What You’ll Bring

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
