Carolina Behavioral Innovations is a locally owned company providing clinic-based and community-based ABA services across South Carolina. Founded in 2017 with a personal mission rooted in autism care, we support children and families through in-home, school, daycare, and clinic-based therapy.

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA or BCaBA to join our Spartanburg, SC team. This is a unique opportunity to guide a growing team and deliver high-quality clinical services in Spartanburg, SC.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support a team of RBTs
• Ensure quality and consistency across ABA service delivery and treatment plans
• Provide mentorship and promote clinical growth
• Promote ethical, evidence-based, and family-centered care
• What You’ll Need
• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• A passion for teamwork, integrity, and innovation
