Social Worker, or Case Worker, is responsible for managing multiple clients and their specific needs. Their responsibilities include meeting with clients and their loved ones to converse recent successes or hindrances to their situations, emerging treatment plans for clients with mental illnesses or clients improving from distressing events and regularly communicating with clients to guarantee their physical and mental health.

What you'll do

Case Management: Manage multiple clients, developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual needs, and regularly assessing their progress. 

Counseling and Support: Provide individual, and group.  offering emotional support and guidance to clients dealing with various issues such as mental health challenges, addiction, life changes and trauma. 

Collaboration: Work with other professionals, including LISW, medical staff, and community organizations, to ensure a holistic methodology to client care. 

Advocacy: Support for clients' rights and needs, helping them steer through  social services and access necessary resources. 

Documentation: Retain detailed records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to ensure conformity with legal and ethical standards

Qualifications

Education: A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree is required, accompanied with applicable licensure. 

Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to unite with diverse populations and recognize their needs. 

Compassion and Patience: Aptitude to provide empathetic support and manage trauma successfully.
