Position Overview:

The Treatment Care Coordinator plays a critical role in guiding patients through their treatment journey. This position is responsible for presenting treatment plans, coordinating care, discussing financial options, and ensuring patients clearly understand and feel confident moving forward with recommended treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and explain treatment plans in a clear, patient-friendly manner
• Coordinate and schedule treatment to optimize provider productivity and patient convenience
• Verify insurance benefits and accurately communicate coverage and out-of-pocket costs
• Discuss financial arrangements, payment options, and assist with financing solutions
• Follow up with patients on unscheduled or pending treatment
• Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to ensure seamless patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in practice management software
• Deliver a high level of customer service and build trust with patients

Qualifications:

• Previous dental experience preferred (Treatment Coordinator, Front Desk, or similar role)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently discuss financial information and close treatment acceptance
• Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Ascend, Eaglesoft) is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
