Pediatric Behavior Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavior Technician. The Behavior Technician will work directly with children and teens to provide behavioral interventions and implement Applied Behavior Analysis interventions. The role requires working closely with the clinical team to provide exceptional support and care for clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to work with clients, their families, and the clinical team
• Experience in providing behavioral interventions
• Must possess current RBT certification and be in good standing with the BACB or be willing to obtain the credential with company support.
• If not certified, must be willing to complete a paid 40-hour online training program.
• Ability to follow instruction/interventions with precision while being positive, excited, and engaged with clients
• Ability to maintain highly professional and ethical standards in all aspects of work
• Willingness to teach through play
• Must be able to sit on the floor, crouch, stand, walk, and jog for several minutes at a time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
