BCBA – Manageable Caseloads | Up to 26 PTO Days |
Location: Livonia, MI (On-site)
Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm, NO WEEKENDS/EVENINGS

- Online data collection and report configuration
What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs/technicians
- Make data-informed decisions and track client progress
- Collaborate with families to support generalization
- Participate in team meetings and clinical discussions
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Licensed (or license-eligible) in Michigan
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Trauma-informed experience a strong plus
- Credentialed with major insurance providers preferred
