BCBA – Manageable Caseloads | Up to 26 PTO Days |

Location: Livonia, MI (On-site)

Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm, NO WEEKENDS/EVENINGS

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs/technicians
• Make data-informed decisions and track client progress
• Collaborate with families to support generalization
• Participate in team meetings and clinical discussions

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Michigan
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for working with children and families
• Trauma-informed experience a strong plus
• Credentialed with major insurance providers preferred
