Summer Youth Behavior Technician

Vital Health is looking for a summer behavior tech to join our youth summer program!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify patients strengths, needs, and abilities and address barriers to meeting client goals
• Use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach
• Assist youth clients with transportation and life skill development
• Linkage with community resources and referrals
• Provide supportive services that encourage independence
• Remain in compliance with internal and external policies
• Must be willing to work with children with several diagnosis
• Work with our summer children's program including outings, crafts, and working on youth development

Requirements

• 1 or more year(s) experience with children
• High School Diploma
