RBT Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist

Overview
We are a BCBA owned and led organization seeking multiple compassionate and dedicated RBTs.

Currently staffing day time cases and after school cases.

PTO earned by the number of hours your work.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs tailored to each client's needs
• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) to promote independence
• Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy
• Utilize behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors effectively
• Provide support in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community environments

Qualifications

• RBT Credential is required
• The state of CO is currently in the process of making the RBT credential a requirement. If you have completed the 40 hour course, you are welcome to still apply.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
