RBT - Registered Behavior Technician

FULL TIME RBT 8:30 AM – 5 PM Mon-Friday WITH up to $26+ per hour! NOW HIRING for our Kennesaw location. Our client waitlist is constantly growing! All hours paid at the same rate with no deductions for cancellations or admin time.

Are you in your Student Analyst program? Our philosophy is to mentor and shape each Student Analyst into the best BCBA they can be with unique, high quality hands-on experiences.

Competitive Starting Pay: Most RBTs earn a starting rate between $20-26+ per hour, depending on your RBT certification date, experience level, and in-person CPR.

Pay Model: 2 pay structures that work together!

Initial hourly pay rate: Get credit for each full year of certified RBT experience. Based on verified certification date, this allows those with several years of experience to earn higher starting hourly rates.

Performance AND Merit Raises: Move through our tier system based on performance, increased skills, and quality of therapy, with opportunities for $1 raises at set competency intervals. Additional merit raises available during yearly reviews.

Plus with our new partnership program, you can access your earned wages before payday!

Guaranteed Hours: Enjoy a guaranteed 42.5 hour work week for full time at the same rate of pay, with no deductions for cancellations or admin time. No nights or weekends.

Supportive Environment: Work alongside a great team of leaders, peers, and support staff, with in-person support from highly qualified BCBAs and management team.

No Travel Required: Enjoy a clinic-only position with opportunities for flexible leave times.

Student Analyst Program: If you're a student analyst in graduate school, take advantage of our individualized curriculum program at no charge to you. Receive supervision hours, elevate your skills, and earn pay increases as you progress through our tier system and curriculum.

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience working with children with autism and/or other special needs
• Experience treating 1:1 ABA/behavioral therapy working under the supervision of a BCBA in a home, clinic, and/or school setting
• Experience working with age range of 2 – 12 years
• Experience working with problem behaviors and implementing behavior plans
• Must have in person CPR Certification for RBTs
