Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for administering direct 1:1 applied behavior analysis treatment to assigned patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient treatment plans
• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient behavior
• Communicate with collaborating specialists regarding patient care
• Maintain accurate patient medical records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related human service field, or working towards
• Previous experience in the ABA field (preferred)
• Ability to take and implement feedback in the moment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
