- Work with targeted and flexible caseloads based on student needs.
- Oversee the development and implementation of counseling curriculum across all grade levels
- Oversee and maintain the Postsecondary and Career Expectations (PaCE) Framework
- Oversee and maintain the College and Career Pathway Endorsements through the Illinois State Board of Education
- Selection process and communication with Technology Center for DuPage & Triton College and other community college partnerships
- Attend Des Plaines Valley Region meetings and work with College and Career Pathway partners to ensure EPHS is on course with state mandates
- Recruit/invite outside vendors to facilitate conversations with students and families, including individuals conferencing with parents and families, larger group presentations and workshops and college & career visits
- Establishing positive working relationships with colleges and universities, ensuring they're familiar with the EPHS educational model and creating opportunities for successful admission of EPHS students.
- Hold meetings to discuss timeline and planning for course selection and collaborate with the building principal in the creation of the Master Schedule.
- Maintains a resource library of print and electronic information of college catalogs, college guides, scholarship information, and financial aid resources.
- Leader of one of the three Tiger Teams.
- Maintains and facilitates the use of the postsecondary platform for EPHS.
- Actively participates in college and career counseling professional organizations.
- Other duties as assigned
