Association House of Chicago is hiring a Bilingual Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services (PSR) Counselor to join its team in Chicago, IL. This is a full-time, first shift opportunity.

As a Bilingual PSR Counselor at Association House, you will provide individual and group services for adults with chronic mental illness using the identified program principles to help participants reduce or improve symptoms and to enhance independent living skills. You will provide education and skill-building sessions focused on subjects including socialization, illness and medication self-management, recovery planning, healthy-living, and cooking sessions with participants.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED, required
• 5+ years of experience in mental health/substance abuse field
• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience also considered
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, required
