Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) *Sign-on Bonus*

We truly believe that our employees are the most important aspect of our business and treat them as such! As part of our growing agencies, Lotus Family Behavioral Services is currently hiring for a BCBA to provide services for children and youth on the Autism Spectrum in the home setting.

BCBA responsibilities may include conducting FBAs and developmental assessments, writing Behavioral Support Plans, treatment planning, overseeing direct care staff, parent/staff training, attending collaborative meetings, and monitoring data on a weekly basis or as needed. This position is hybrid model, therefore 50% of the direct hours can be completed remotely. Indirect hours can be completed from home, as you make your own schedule for the in person direct hours. Locations: CT

Cases are located in central Connecticut.

Up to a $1,000 sign on bonus!!!

Part-time hybrid positions are available.

Must be available for after-school hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
