We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for administering direct 1:1 applied behavior analysis treatment to assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer patient treatment plans
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patient behavior
- Communicate with collaborating specialists regarding patient care
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related human service field, or working towards
- Previous experience in the ABA field (preferred)
- Ability to take and implement feedback in the moment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
