Available Positions:

• Full-Time Therapists
• Part-Time Therapists
• Remote Therapists

Compensation:

• Competitive pay structure: 55-60% of insurance payout (averaging $52-$77 per 53-minute session).
• Bi-weekly payments.
• Independent contractor position.
• Employment available

Education and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Master's degree in Counseling.
• Active Ohio LSW/LISW license.
• Active Ohio LPC/LPCC license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health counseling (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling services to ages 5 years old and up. Children, adults, teens.
• Provide individual, marriage, and couples counseling services using evidence-based practices.
• Establish therapeutic rapport with individuals experiencing emotional and/or mental health challenges.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other treatment providers and placement agencies as needed.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Utilize evidence based therapeutic interventions.
• Work autonomous and independently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong rapport with clients.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.

Additional Support:

• Clinical supervision required weekly for dependent staff.
• Clinical supervision is available for therapists seeking independent licensure.
• An open-door policy meaning leadership will make themselves approachable and available for communication, support, and feedback.
