Patient Care Coordinator

Join our fast-paced, growing chiropractic practice as a Patient Care Coordinator! We're seeking an enthusiastic and engaging team member to become a key player in enhancing patient experience and facilitating our practice growth.

Position Details:

• Part-time: 16–18 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday (7:15am–12:15pm), Wednesday (7:15am–12:45pm), Friday (7:15am–1:15pm). Hours may fluctuate slightly due to patient scheduling
• Compensation: $18–$22 per hour
• Location: Hilliard, Ohio

What to Expect: This is a morning shift role - roughly five hours of steady, purposeful activity. Our mornings move fast, patients are consistently moving through the office, and there's always something keeping you engaged. If you do your best work when you're busy, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate patients through their entire journey in our office
• Manage front office operations
• Support practice growth initiatives
• Utilize AI tools in daily workflow

No prior chiropractic experience required — we'll train the right person.
