Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Blue Gems ABA-Maryland. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. Responsibilities:
Provide ABA services to children and families in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics
Implement behavior skills training, reinforcement systems, and behavior reduction strategies
Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with clients and families
Collaborate with BCBAs, behavior analysts, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
