Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients virtually for one-on-one counseling sessions
- Assess needs, symptoms, and treatment priorities during intake and follow-up sessions
- Create treatment plans that support realistic clinical goals
- Maintain complete and accurate records for each client encounter
- Offer therapeutic guidance for mental health, stress-related, and behavioral concerns
- Monitor progress and revise care plans when appropriate
- Identify high-risk situations and follow established safety procedures
Requirements
- Active LCPC license
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
