Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote opportunity providing virtual therapy services. This role focuses on helping clients manage family tension, relationship issues, behavioral concerns, and emotional challenges that impact everyday life. You will guide sessions, identify treatment goals, document care clearly, and help clients move toward healthier routines and stronger relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver scheduled therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Evaluate client concerns related to family systems, stress, and emotional well-being
• Build practical, goal-based treatment plans
• Document sessions and treatment updates accurately
• Support clients with communication issues, conflict, and adjustment challenges
• Track progress and revise therapeutic approaches when needed
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all professional standards

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active LMFT license
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning and clinical documentation
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records systems
