About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated RBT to provide in-home and school-based ABA services to children with autism. This role is ideal for someone who values connection, consistency, and wants to be part of a supportive, close-knit team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school environments (paid training provided)
- Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and track data to monitor client progress
- Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA regarding sessions and goals
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other team members to support consistency across settings
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and follow all mandated reporting requirements
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
Compensation
- $29–$32 per hour based on experience
- Quarterly performance-based raises
Qualifications
- Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all new team members.
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and special education principles.
- Ability to work effectively with children and individuals with autism in a compassionate, patient, and energetic manner.
- Excellent data collection skills with attention to detail for accurate progress tracking.
- Knowledge of medical documentation practices, medical terminology, and maintaining secure medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards.
