  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA

  • Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA regarding sessions and goals
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other team members to support consistency across settings
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and follow all mandated reporting requirements
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Compensation

  • $29–$32 per hour based on experience
  • Quarterly performance-based raises

Qualifications

  • Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all new team members.
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and special education principles.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and individuals with autism in a compassionate, patient, and energetic manner.
  • Excellent data collection skills with attention to detail for accurate progress tracking.
  • Knowledge of medical documentation practices, medical terminology, and maintaining secure medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards.
