Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client goals and objectives

• Develop and implement behavior plans to achieve client goals

• Train and supervise behavior analysts and technicians

• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
