Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled telehealth counseling sessions with assigned clients
- Assess emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs
- Establish clinical goals and build treatment plans around those goals
- Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates in a timely manner
- Provide therapeutic interventions based on client presentation and needs
- Respond to client concerns with sound clinical judgment
Requirements
- Active LCPC license
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
