Behavior Technician
About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one support to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
- Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in skill acquisition programs, including communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients
- Uphold strict client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow treatment plans accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and maintain accurate documentation
- Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact
Qualifications
- RBT Certification (preferred, not required—we can help you obtain it!)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus)
