Overview
Join our dedicated team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, in their homes. As an RBT, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and families to implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), implement skill acquisition programs by using DTT and NET procedures, collect data, and assist with assessments as needed.

Sunrise Behavioral Consultants is a BCBA-run ABA practice providing individualized services to children and families. We focus on doing quality work and keeping things practical for both clients and staff.
RBTs are a core part of what we do. You’ll have direct BCBA support, clear communication, and a setup that’s meant to be sustainable. We aim to keep expectations realistic, offer fair pay, and create a work environment where you’re supported and respected.
Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and skill acquisition programs.
- Assist with assessments as needed.
- Implement DTT and NET teaching strategies that promote skill acquisition.
- Submit session notes on time.
Skills
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Ability to assist with assessments as needed.
- Excellent data collection skills for tracking client data accurately and efficiently.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to accept and apply feedback.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- High school diploma.
- Active RBT Certification (preferred).
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
