In this role, you will work directly with clients of various ages and skill levels, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs
  • Work 1:1 with clients in home, clinic, or community settings
  • Collect and record data on client progress using an electronic data collection platform
  • Follow behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to obtain First Aid certification
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Experience working with children
  • Background in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Interest in pursuing a career in ABA
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • After school hours (our afternoon sessions are 2pm/3pm-5pm)
  • Weekday only

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
