Job Details
Provide leadership and oversight for clinical ABA services within the organization
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical guidelines and evidence-based ABA practices
Supervise and support BCBAs and clinical staff to maintain high-quality treatment delivery
Review and guide treatment planning to ensure effective and individualized client care
Support professional development and mentorship of clinical team members
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen clinical programs and services
Maintain compliance with BACB standards and organizational policies
Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
Limited travel may be required
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Analyze treatment data and adjust programming to support meaningful progress for each client
Supervise and mentor behavior technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality therapy delivery
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment goals
Deliver parent training and guidance to promote skill generalization outside of therapy sessions
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company and BACB standards
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
