Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Jacksonville, FL. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans for individuals in need. This includes conducting applied behavior analysis (ABA) to foster positive behavioral outcomes, training and educating parents or caregivers, and employing a range of behavior management techniques to effectively address client needs. Collaboration with other professionals and adherence to ethical frameworks will also be key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies
• Background in Psychology and understanding of behavioral principles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with individuals, families, and teams
• Must hold current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis
• Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development
• Experience in a clinical or school-based setting is a plus
