What You’ll Do
Conduct intakes and functional assessments within private elementary school setting- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions and parent/caregiver training
- Supervise and support RBTs (scope adjusted for BCaBA vs. BCBA)
- Monitor progress through data review and plan updates
- Maintain compliance with BACB and clinic standards
- Collaborate with families, staff, and school/community partners
What We’re Looking For
- BCBA: Master’s degree + active BACB certification
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable transportation
