What You'll Do:

• Help plan and lead fun, engaging activities
• Host group events like games, crafts, music, and exercise
• Encourage and support resident participation

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with seniors is a plus (but not required!)
• A positive attitude and big heart
• Strong communication and people skills
• A team player who can also shine independently
