Position : Social Work Supervisor
Work Location : Southgate, MI
Type: Full Time/Permanent - Direct Hire
Shift Notes: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Develop schedule with supervisor and work at least 4 hours each week after 5:00. Full-time staff must provide 23 hours of billable service per week.
Salary : $72,228/yr - $95,296/yr plus benefits

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or counseling with an LMSW, LLP or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan. - [REQUIRED]
- Candidate must have at least one (1) year experience in examining, evaluating and treating children and adolescents. - [REQUIRED]
- Candidate must have at least one (1) with intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses and utilizing relevant treatment modalities. - [REQUIRED]
- Experience in working with Waivers. - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- One year of experience in a supervisory capacity. - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- Experience with electronic medical record - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
State License Requirements:
- Michigan
Additional License Requirements:
- Must have and retain a valid LMSW, LLP, or LPC in Psychology with the State of Michigan.
