Job Overview: NYC Behavior Specialists is hiring a part-time BCBA for multiple cases in the Bronx. This is a high-paying role ($100–$125/hour) with immediate case availability and flexible scheduling.

Designed for experienced clinicians who want to maximize earnings without committing to a full-time schedule. Consistent referrals, minimal admin burden, and strong clinical autonomy.

NYC Behavior Specialists is a multi-state ABA practice with a strong track record of delivering school-based and home-based services across New York. Built by clinicians, the agency has grown through consistent referrals, reliable service delivery, and long-standing relationships with families, providers, and school teams. Systems are already in place for billing, scheduling, and case coordination, allowing BCBAs to stay focused on clinical outcomes.

Cases are assigned based on location and experience to maintain efficiency and consistency. Immediate start available.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the client's needs and develop personalized behavior intervention plans.
• Implement evidence-based ABA strategies and monitor the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and generalization of behavioral strategies.
• Provide training and ongoing support to parents and support staff to enhance the effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
• Proven experience providing direct ABA services, preferably with middle school-aged children.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organizational skills for data collection and analysis.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate reliability, and maintain high ethical standards.
