Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

$100–$110/hour | Contract | Flexible Scheduling

Both home based and office based.

We here at Licensed Support Corp ABA are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing, clinician-led team. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values clinical excellence, leadership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of children and families.

Position Overview

As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, from assessment through ongoing treatment. You will play a key leadership role in guiding Behavior Technicians, collaborating with families, and ensuring that all interventions are effective, ethical, and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity
  • Supervise, mentor, and support BTs/RBTs, fostering strong clinical performance
  • Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments
  • Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success
  • Design individualized programs and curricula based on assessment results and clinical insight

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
  • Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Data Collection Accuracy
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
