- Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs in real-time
- Support BCBAs with program development, materials, and data collection
- Train, model, and coach staff on individualized and universal programming
- Assist with behavioral de-escalation and crisis response using approved interventions
- Lead and support staff debriefings following behavioral incidents
- Monitor program fidelity and conduct observations as assigned
- Collaborate with supervisors and recreation staff to support structured daily programming
- Document services and maintain accurate clinical records
- Support transitions and ensure consistency across settings
- Direct impact on both client outcomes AND staff development

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- RBT certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 1+ year experience in:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Intellectual Disabilities (preferred)
- Behavioral health or residential setting (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Basic computer skills
- Medical (including telemedicine via phone, web, app), dental, prescription drug, preventative care, and mental health services.
