BCBA
Job Summary:
Central Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients. We offer flexible scheduling and competitive pay paid biweekly or monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, develop behavioral plans, and train caregivers on implementing behavioral strategies
- Supervise and mentor BCaBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other support staff
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with clients' families, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or completion of coursework and supervised experience hours
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities
