- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop appropriate interventions
- Provide training to parents and staff on behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to treatment
- Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
- Board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
