Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorders
Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop appropriate interventions
Provide training to parents and staff on behavior management techniques
Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to treatment

Qualifications:

Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
Board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
