The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to a pediatric client in Beltsville, MD (20705). This role requires consistency, reliability, and the ability to deliver high-quality, individualized care in a home setting.This position is best suited for candidates who can commit to a consistent weekday evening schedule and complete a full-time training period prior to starting sessions.Schedule:Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PMRequired Training (First 2 Weeks): Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMCandidates must be available for both the training period and ongoing scheduleCompensation:$24.00 – $29.00 per hour (billable rate)(Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time)Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based settingImplement treatment plans developed by a BCBACollect and record session data accuratelySupport skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living skillsMaintain consistent attendance and professionalismRequirementsActive RBT certification requiredExperience working with children preferredAbility to commit to a consistent Monday–Friday scheduleFull availability for the initial two-week training period (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)Reliable transportation requiredStrong communication and organizational skillsBenefitsPaid trainingCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive clinical leadershipStructured onboarding and training program(Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time)
