Experteer Overview In this role you assess and treat patients within the rehabilitation setting, delivering evidence-based neuropsychological care to patients and caregivers. You work closely with the Rehabilitation team to develop comprehensive, goal-driven care plans and monitor progress using standardized outcomes. You support quality improvement, program development, and clinical education, contributing to Cedars-Sinai’s high standard of patient care. Compensation / Benefits • Perform evaluations and consultations to establish evidence-based care protocols • Develop comprehensive care plans linked to evaluation findings and prognosis • Utilize validated outcomes measures to monitor progress and guide goals • Obtain informed consent/assent and maintain a safe environment • Document care clearly with measurable short/long-term goals and discharge planning • Provide individualized, culturally sensitive patient-centered care • Contribute to process improvements, quality and performance improvement initiatives • Maintain Clinical Ladder Portfolio and engage in mentoring and leadership activities • Lead/participate in professional development, teaching, and scholarly activities • Supervise and co-sign documentation as required; provide clinical education to trainees • Deliver in-service trainings (at least 2) and engage in continuing education (minimum 8 hours) • Participate in academic teaching, research, and clinical education initiatives Tasks • Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD, EdD, or PsyD) • APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship • Fellowship in an appropriate specialty and demonstrated competency • Licensed Doctor of Psychology in California • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Board Certification in Clinical Neuropsychology (American Board of Professional Psychology) preferred • Medical setting experience with assessment and intervention techniques • Eligibility or ability to obtain CSMC Clinical Psychologist privileges Key requirements •
