Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical/social work
Valid licensure or eligibility to practice (e.g., CSWA)

Preferred Qualifications

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
3+ years of clinical experience
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
Strong background in primary care or integrated care environments
