Client Care Coordinator (Veterinary Reception)

Elliott Bay Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time or part-time Client Care Coordinator with prior veterinary reception experience to join our team.

We’re a busy, team-oriented hospital that values collaboration, respect, and providing high-quality care to both our patients and their people. Our client care team plays a vital role in creating a positive experience from the moment a client walks through the door to the time they leave.

What you’ll do

As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first and last impression of the hospital. You’ll help keep the day running smoothly while supporting both clients and the medical team.

A typical day includes:

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Greeting clients and managing patient intake and discharge
  • Answering multiple phone lines and responding to client questions
  • Scanning and linking documents into the medical record
  • Documenting information accurately and thoroughly
  • Supporting the pharmacy and treatment teams as needed

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Schedule

  • Three or Four-day work week (Monday–Friday)
  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays if scheduling needs change

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand and be active for extended periods (9–10 hour shifts)
